A member of the Tabu team may call the number provided to verify the order information and request further information if necessary. P.O Boxes - All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be shipped USPS Priority or USPS Next Day.

Undeliverable & Lost Packages - Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email confirmation with your tracking number. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part, (such as an incorrect address, missing apartment number, etc.) you may pay an additional fee to have it re-shipped or re-routed. If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of TabuToys, we will replace or refund the order. is not responsible for lost/stolen packages with a confirmed delivery status from the carrier. If your package is lost prior to delivery, please let Customer Service know as soon as possible. If the package is not delivered, we’ll contact the carrier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your package.

International Shipping & Customs - International orders can take anywhere from 5 business days to 4 weeks depending on destination. Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Some countries are high-risk for customs seizures. is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in customs.

Please select your items carefully as our international return policy is quite strict.

  • Customer will be responsible for all taxes, customs or tariffs imposed by the receiving country. Customer will be responsible for abiding by all laws of their receiving country, as they pertain to adult merchandise.
  • Your package will require a signature so that any duties and customs fees can be settled. If you refuse your package you will be charged the return shipping fees. The original shipping fees will not be refundable.
  • Customs forms will be filled out utilizing the numeric harmonized tariff code for the items within. We will keep everything as discreet as possible on the shipping label. However, a detailed Commercial Invoice will be available to Customs Agents in a sealed pouch on the outside of your package as required by customs regulations.
  • All motor or battery operated items will be opened and tested prior to shipping. Once determined to be in working order these items will not be eligible for return.
  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs of warranty replacements, travelling both directions. We require that you send us the product and all accessories, along with a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
  • All packages will ship via a traceable method and the transaction will be considered complete upon delivery confirmation.
  • Free shipping offers are not extended to international orders at this time.
