How To Wear Your Cock Ring: It's easier to put on a cock ring when you're flaccid or semi-hard. Before putting on your ring, spread a few drops of lube around the inner portion to help it slide on and off more easily. Most men prefer ringing up whole package — dick and balls — for a better boner, while others prefer wearing a ring around the base of the penis shaft.
If you are going "balls deep", stretch the ring as wide as possible around your balls first before threading your penis through. Or, you can put your C-Ring on penis first, and then pull your balls through the bottom of it one at a time. Either way is fine so see what works best for you!
Hard Facts: Coping with occasional erectile dysfunction (ED?) Try pumping first for peak performance. Here's why: C-Rings are designed to prevent blood from flowing back while the penis is hard, so they work best with a full or partial erection. Using a Penis Pump to improve penile blood flow right before you put on your ring can offer you more sizeable results.

Helps with ED
I was forced to try this because I can no longer take sildenafil because of medical issues. If you have ED like me this ring is worth a try and I highly recommend it!

Perfect amount of stretch
Love these rings.

Better than the others
I've used this one before. It lasted for over a year until it finally broke. To replace this one I accidentally bought a more expensive oxballs ring that I thought was improved but it sucked. It was too big and hard. This one is much more elastic - starts smaller and stretches further. Definitely keeps my dick rock solid.

Dissapointing
This looks very similar to the Oxballs Cock-T but the material is stretchier and more flimsy. I broke this after my 5th use. I'll stick with Cock-T from now on
