How To Use It

Start with the smallest dilator and apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to both the dilator and vaginal opening.

Insert slowly and gently, stopping if you experience pain. The goal is a snug stretch, not discomfort. Once inserted, you can gently move the dilator in and out or rotate it to help relax and stretch the pelvic floor muscles.

Most training sessions last between 10 and 30 minutes. Follow your healthcare provider's dilation program when applicable, and move to larger sizes only when your body feels ready.
