How To Use It

Start with the smallest dilator and apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to both the dilator and vaginal opening.

Insert slowly and gently, stopping if you experience pain. The goal is a snug stretch, not discomfort. Once inserted, you can gently move the dilator in and out or rotate it to help relax and stretch the pelvic floor muscles.

Most training sessions last between 10 and 30 minutes. As your comfort level improves, you can gradually move to larger sizes. Consistency is more important than speed, so take your time and progress at a pace that feels right for your body.
