Why should I trust Tabutoys?


Online shopping can be so nerve-wracking.

We know what you're thinking: "Will they send me tacky catalogs? Will I get spammed? Will they sell my email address to SATAN?"

Relax. The answer is no.

We realize that visiting requires trust on your part, so here's our promise to you:

- We will ALWAYS respect your privacy.

- We will never provide your email or mailing address information to others without your consent.

- Your package will never indicate who it's from or what it contains. (All of our merchandise is shipped in plain shipping containers or mailers with only our address and the name Kay Hill, Ltd. on the mailing label.)

-We use the latest secure server technology to ensure your credit card information is protected to the highest standards.

To facilitate this, We never retain or store any financial information and all credit card transactions are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us.

-Lastly, we will use the word “moist” as infrequently as possible though we can’t make any promises.

 Is ordering online secure?


Affirmative! You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of online transactions. SSL is the industry standard for providing the most reliable protection of consumer information. All of your personal information is encrypted (and therefore unreadable) by SSL as it travels over the Internet, including your credit card number, name and address.

Fraudulent Charges: Under federal law, you will not be held accountable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If you are subjected to fraudulent charges, please remember to notify your credit card provider as soon as you notice the charges.



How do I place an order?


If you would like to place order online, simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Register with us for a faster checkout, to track the status of your order and more. (You can also checkout as a guest.)

Phone orders may be placed at 1-800-921-1266 Monday through Friday, 10-6pm central standard time. Please have your product names ready along with your credit card information.

Sorry Kids, You must be at least 18 years of age to order from (even though your Mother probably thinks you're playing Fortnite.)

We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By use of this site you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

What are my payment options?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Credit Cards, and Paypal.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We guarantee that every transaction you make at TabuToys will be 100% secure.

Credit card charges will show up on your statement as "Kay Hill Ltd." as opposed to "Shady Dildos Inc."

What happens after I place an order?


Oh, the anticipation!

After you submit your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, a separate email will follow containing your tracking number.

Now you can just sit back and excitedly wait for your package to arrive.

Can I cancel my order?


Oh Dear. We can't guarantee we will be able to cancel the order but we will try our best to accommodate you!

All orders are processed Monday-Friday within 24 hours, many times the same day. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible during normal business hours.

We want you to LOVE what you purchase from Tabutoys. So, to avoid nagging uncertainty and retail regrets we recommend that you choose your products carefully and pay attention to our product descriptions and sizing before making a purchase.

When is my order shipped?


Patience, Darling. We ship within 24 hours of your order being placed on regular business days. (Regular Business days = Monday through Friday. )

How long will it take to get my order?


This depends on your shipping method and location. All orders typically ship within 24 hours or less once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

Standard shipping (cheapest method) orders will generally deliver in 4-8 business days, including processing time.

Rush orders will deliver in 1-4 business days, including processing time. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. (Storms and winter weather can create additional delays.)

Will my order be shipped discreetly?


We respect your privacy.

Instead of employing dildo-mobiles or shrieking clowns to deliver your merchandise, we rely on UPS, Federal Express and USPS.

We ALWAYS use discreet packaging with no reference to and your package will have no reference to its contents.

All of our packages are either plain brown boxes or standard issued packaging. (Occasionally we use opaque padded envelopes and mailers for smaller items.)

The name on your shipping label will appear as our DBA: "Kay Hill Ltd."



Can I return an order?


Yes (and no.)

We're selling sex toys, not Subarus. That means you can't take our merchandise out for a test drive and return it if you don't like it.

In the event that your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, let us know within 30 days of purchase.

Before you send your product back, we'll help you troubleshoot your toy to see if we can get it working.

If that doesn't work, we will send you instructions on how to return your merchandise.

We want you to be blissfully happy with your purchase, so choose your merchandise carefully and read our Return Policy. It's here to protect you!

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?


Oh no! Before you channel your rage into a scathing Yelp review, please take a deep breath and repeat the following mantra:

"Defects happen."

If you receive a damaged or faulty product we will gladly replace it or issue a refund back to your original form of payment.

We give you 30 days to contact us by phone or chat (during regular business hours) or email to request an RA.

Unauthorized Returns made without RMA approval will be returned to sender.

What do I do if I received the wrong product?


Please forgive our technical difficulties! Just let our team know and we'll reship the correct product ASAP.

What about a "Satisfaction Guarantee?"
