DAMAGED

I just bought this product not even 5 minutes ago and the vibrations turned on for a minute but then the battery compartment got very hot and now it will not vibrate anymore.

This arrived in a damaged container, but the customer service was excellent and replaced it right away. Wife loves this bullet. Probably the best bang for your buck, right here.
