Get ready for an incredible internal workout.

We all know that strong vaginal muscles can take your sex life to the next level, but exercising them correctly is easier said than done. Kegel balls can be a great way of helping you find and engage your pelvic floor muscles, making our Je Joue "Ami" Progressive Pelvic Weights are a more efficient way to channel your inner strength. This elegant set offers three gradual increased weights for different exercise needs:

  • Ami 1: A large, soft and lightweight single ball, Ami 1 is the recommended starting point for new or returning Kegel exercisers.
  • Ami 2: A medium-sized double ball that's still soft yet slightly heavier, Ami 2 is the next step if you want more of a challenge.
  • Ami 3: A small, hard and heavy double ball - this is the most advanced Ami for experienced users

Once inserted inside the vagina, your pelvic floor muscles will automatically tense around the balls and work hard in order to keep them in place. The smaller and heavier the weight, the harder your pelvic floor has to work (it’s basically like taking your pelvic floor to the gym!)

Easy to use and completely comfortable, you can try wearing Ami Weights around the house at first, then venturing out wearing them for longer periods of time - no one will ever know! Used consistently for 15-30  minutes a day, you should see marked sexual and physical benefits within 3 weeks.

Lube is your friend when it comes to kegel balls - make sure to apply water-based lubrication to help you easily insert Ami, then forget all about it!

The Je Joue Ami Pelvic Weight System is covered in soft 100% FDA-approved body-safe silicone so it's phthalate free and easy clean with soap and water.

Product Dimensions: Ami 1 Ball - 1.5", Ami 2 Double Ball - 3" Length, 1.5" Diameter, Ami 3 Double Ball - 2.5" Length, 1" Diameter.

    Exactly as advertised

Due to a hysterectomy at 45 I've been going through menopause for the last 5 years. I can tell you it does a number on your sex life. I looked into kegel exercise and vaginal weights as a means to build some strength and hopefully reduce some of my symptoms. This product seemed to have good feedback so I decided to give it a shot. First impressions: This is a quality set that does not scream "sex toy" right out of the box. The packaging and materials are beautifully done. Using them: Very simple. You just put them in and go about your business but it will engage your PC muscles more than just squeezing them on your own. By the way, you don't actually start with the smallest one, as you would assume. The largest one is the lightest because it is easier to "grip." Then you go smaller as you progress to heavier weights. I had no idea how weak my pelvic floor was until I tried these. When I first received the weights I could barely accommodate the lightest one but now it's been 6 weeks and I'm on the 3rd. Now here is my one and only complaint: They should offer a 4th weight that is heavier! I am certainly not "strong" down there by any means but I progressed very quickly, rendering the other 2 weights useless. (The advanced weight is 106 grams, but if they offered one in 130-150 grams this set would be far more effective.) All in all, it has improved things dramatically though, and I would still recommend it to anyone having pelvic floor issues.
