Description
Keep Them Open.
Better angles. Less negotiation.
The Sportsheets Expandable Spreader Bar & Cuffs Set is a straightforward tool for people who already know they like control. It keeps wrists or ankles apart, locks positioning in place, and removes a lot of the guesswork from sex that benefits from structure.
This isn’t theatrical dungeon gear. It’s practical restraint that makes familiar positions feel sharper and more focused. Standing. Sitting. Doggie. Even missionary—when someone can’t close their legs, the dynamic changes fast.
The aluminum bar expands from 29" to 37", giving you room to adjust without overcomplicating things. The soft velboa-lined cuffs keep things secure without tearing up skin, and the hook-and-loop design makes setup and release quick when you need it to be.
Detach the cuffs and clip them into other Sportsheets restraint systems when you want to switch it up. Break the bar down into three pieces and toss it in a bag when you’re taking the show elsewhere.
Before You Start
Check in first. Talk limits, signals, and pacing. Once everyone’s on the same page, clip in, adjust the spread, and let the positioning do the work.

A great expandable bar for a low price.
Bought this on a whim since it was on sale. I wasn't expecting a lot since sportsheets is more of a vanilla couples brand but I was actually impressed. The build is definitely quality and the spreader itself expands better than the "high-end" one I tried out at a party years ago. Comes with those typical sportsheets soft cuffs but we just hook it onto all of our own gear just fine. Nice product.
