Description
Good Things Come To Those Who...WEIGHT.
We all know that strong vaginal muscles can take your sex life to the next level, but exercising them correctly is easier said than done. This Je Joue "Ami" Progressive Pelvic Weights Kit is a more efficient (and fun) way to channel your inner strength. A progressive three-step set of soft, smooth pelvic weights, Ami allows you to train your PC muscles at your own pace and suits women of all ages and fitness levels.
Slide one in, and voilà — your vaginal muscles start flexing automatically, keeping the weights in place. Smaller and heavier balls? Think of them as the heavy dumbbells of your downstairs gym. Comfortable enough for around-the-house wear, discreet enough for stealth mode in public, Ami turns your day-to-day into a subtly powerful workout.
With three progressive weights, you can gradually level up your internal strength. Fifteen to thirty minutes a day, and within three weeks, you’ll notice both sexual and physical benefits. Pro tip: lube is your best friend — a little water-based slick and Ami slips right into action.
In short, Ami is your vagina’s personal trainer: it strengthens, tones, and yes… it feels really good doing it. Who knew gains could be so glamorous?

Very Challenging
My RN recommended this. I didn't know what to expect but the packaging seemed good and the "weights" themselves looked high quality. I must say it seems very odd that the beginner beads are so much larger than the others. Quite honestly, I had a hard time inserting it with my vaginismus and it was quite painful. I opted for the Ami 2 which was easier for me to accommodate but much more difficult to hold in place.. I haven't noticed progress but I've only been using them consistently for about a week. Fingers crossed!

Exactly as advertised
Due to a hysterectomy at 45 I've been going through menopause for the last 5 years. I can tell you it does a number on your sex life. I looked into kegel exercise and vaginal weights as a means to build some strength and hopefully reduce some of my symptoms. This product seemed to have good feedback so I decided to give it a shot. First impressions: This is a quality set that does not scream "sex toy" right out of the box. The packaging and materials are beautifully done. Using them: Very simple. You just put them in and go about your business but it will engage your PC muscles more than just squeezing them on your own. By the way, you don't actually start with the smallest one, as you would assume. The largest one is the lightest because it is easier to "grip." Then you go smaller as you progress to heavier weights. I had no idea how weak my pelvic floor was until I tried these. When I first received the weights I could barely accommodate the lightest one but now it's been 6 weeks and I'm on the 3rd. Now here is my one and only complaint: They should offer a 4th weight that is heavier! I am certainly not "strong" down there by any means but I progressed very quickly, rendering the other 2 weights useless. (The advanced weight is 106 grams, but if they offered one in 130-150 grams this set would be far more effective.) All in all, it has improved things dramatically though, and I would still recommend it to anyone having pelvic floor issues.
